My name is Nina, and I'm a fourth year Public Affairs major and Asian American Studies minor at UCLA. My goals as a critical digital map maker include:

  1. using my final group project to empower Koreatown stakeholders to shape a pedestrianization project in their neighborhood
  2. develop my critical consciousness surrounding how we produce and use data and maps
  3. increase my mapping and web development skills for future projects in service of my community beyond the scope of this course
